These paintings are constructed with fleshy, translucent beeswax over garish vermilion reds, greens, and vein purple/blues. The paintings start with the white bones of painting medium, stiff and hardened. The layer of reds, blues and greens symbolises human’s integral and unseen working organs, veins, blood, and muscles. The beeswax is a translucent skin tissue layer, forming a protective layer for these vitals.
